RM Method™ 40-Hour Applied Training
The RM Method™ is a sound-led, rhythm-based approach to yoga that uses music, rhythmic breathwork, and somatic movement to guide the nervous system.
At its core is Rhythmic Somatic Healing — using rhythm and sound to access the body, move stored emotion, and bring the system into regulation and coherence.
This training teaches you how to apply the method to shape space, guide energy, and create experiences that shift how people feel.
Includes on-demand online learning + a 2-day in-person immersion (15 contact hours).
This training is immersive, practical, and experiential.
You’ll move, breathe, learn, and apply the method in real time.
Day 1 focuses on understanding the RM Method™ and its foundations:
music, rhythm, breath, and somatic movement. You’ll break down rhythmic breathwork, practice teaching in small groups, and begin applying sound to movement.
Day 2 is where everything comes together.
You’ll learn the art of shaping space, then step into teaching.
Each trainee will guide a stage of the RM Method™ experience — applying music, movement, and breath in real time, with feedback.
Every trainee will teach.
Come prepared to:
Move your body and stay engaged throughout the day
Practice teaching and receive feedback
Work with music, rhythm, and breath in a hands-on way
What to bring:
Yoga mat + any props you like (blanket, etc.)
Water, snacks, and anything to keep your energy up
A device for music (phone or laptop recommended)
Be open, be present, and be ready to step into a new way of guiding.
