Rhythmic Metamorphosis is not intended to be a replacement for therapy, although the practices and this course can be a powerful complement.

If you have any painful past trauma that has not been treated and impacts your life negatively, some of the practices may be triggering and bring up painful past memories. Please consider speaking with a therapist before moving forward with our practices.

We recommend using a laptop for the portal or two devices like an iPad and phone. Unfortunately, you cannot play Spotify and our videos at the same time on one device unless it is on a laptop.
