Most facilitators are taught how to hold space.
Few are taught how to shape it through music, rhythm, and the nervous system.

The RM Method™ 40-Hour Applied Facilitator Training

A sound-led method of facilitation that teaches you how to use music, rhythm, breath, and movement to guide emotional states, create transformational experiences, and shape what people feel—not just what they do.

For therapists, educators, coaches, healers, sound practitioners, DJs, and facilitators ready to create deeper emotional and embodied experiences.

Learn how to shape space through sound.

August 8-9, 2026

Limited to 10 Participants

What Makes RM Different

Learn how to sequence sound for transformation.

The RM Method™ teaches you how to use music, rhythm, breath, and movement together to create intentional emotional and energetic experiences.

Rather than choosing music based on preference, you'll learn how to select and sequence sound based on purpose—understanding how rhythm influences the nervous system, how breath can synchronize to sound, and how different musical qualities can support grounding, activation, emotional expression, release, and integration.

Music is not background.

It becomes the pathway.

Every sound serves a purpose.

Every transition serves a purpose.

Every phase of the experience is intentionally designed.

Who It’s For

For therapists, educators, coaches, healers, DJs, sound practitioners, facilitators, and professionals who have felt the power of music, movement, and altered states—and want to understand how to intentionally create those experiences for others.

This training is for those who want to use sound, rhythm, breath, and movement to create deeper emotional, energetic, and embodied experiences.

For people who want to shape space through sound.

What You’ll Learn

How to use music, rhythm, sound, and embodied awareness to shape energy — and guide people into a felt experience, not just an interaction.

Rhythm & Regulation

  • How rhythm regulates the nervous system

  • How to guide activation → grounding in real time

  • Recognize emotional and energetic shifts through the body

Sound as a Portal (Core of the Method)

  • Build intentional sound journeys rooted in sound, sensation, and emotional arc

  • Understand tempo, energy, pacing, and regulation

  • Use music to shape the experience — not sit in the background

Cueing & Facilitation

  • Guide experiences through rhythm, pacing, language, and presence

  • Create flow the body can naturally follow

  • Learn how sound and timing influence emotional states

Rhythmic Breathwork + Somatic Movement

  • Sync breath to rhythm for nervous system regulation

  • Use rhythmic breathwork to activate, release, and ground

  • Guide somatic experiences rooted in sensation, movement, and sound

Sequencing

  • Structure a full emotional arc:
    ground → build → peak → integrate

  • Align sound, pacing, energy, and facilitation across the experience

  • Learn how to transition groups through different nervous system states

Shaping Space

  • Learn how to move energy in a room

  • Read the room and respond in real time

  • Guide collective states — not individuals in isolation

Trauma-Aware Facilitation

  • Recognize nervous system states in real time

  • Offer options, not force or control

  • Create a supportive container where people can stay connected to their body

Applied Practice

  • Practice teaching inside the method

  • Receive direct feedback

  • Refine your delivery and presence

Threshold Release Theory

The RM Method™ is built on Threshold Release Theory—the understanding that transformation occurs when enough supportive conditions are present for the body and nervous system to move beyond familiar patterns and into a new experience of itself.

Through intentional use of sound, rhythm, breath, movement, and sequencing, facilitators learn how to create the conditions that support release, integration, and transformation.

The goal is not to force an outcome.

The goal is to create the conditions that make transformation possible.

After This Training

You will be able to create transformational experiences through sound, rhythm, breath, movement, and intentional sequencing.

You'll understand how to:

• Use sound to shape energy and influence experience

• Synchronize breath to rhythm

• Create intentional emotional and energetic arcs

• Guide grounding, activation, release, and integration

• Facilitate experiences that move beyond information and into embodiment

And most importantly—

You'll learn how to shape space and guide what people feel, not just what they do.

Experiences that people don't just participate in.

Experiences they remember.

Meet the Founders

The RM Method™ was created by Lisa Parente and Evagelia Kapatos through years of exploring the relationship between sound, rhythm, movement, nervous system transformation, and altered states of consciousness.

As yoga teachers, facilitators, DJs, and practitioners of somatic and energetic healing modalities, they repeatedly observed the same phenomenon:

People often experienced profound release, connection, and transformation through music long before they understood why.

What began as a curiosity became a methodology.

The RM Method™ integrates music, rhythmic breathwork, somatic movement, and intentional sequencing into a sound-led approach designed to create the conditions for transformation.

Today, Lisa and Eva teach the RM Method™ to yoga teachers, facilitators, and practitioners seeking a deeper understanding of how sound, rhythm, breath, and movement can shape human experience.
